Child's toy watering can featuring a little girl gardener and a little boy farmer.

This delightfully charming mid-century tin watering can will inspire the littlest gardeners to keep their flowers and vegetables well hydrated. Or, use it as a flower vase on your summer table or in the middle of your picnic blanket.

Manufactured by Ohio Art in the middle of the 20th century, the can is made of multicolored lithographed tin.  Measuring approximately 8 1/2" tall x 11" front to back x 5 1/8" side to side, this can is the perfect size and weight for little hands.

The bonneted little girl is pushing a wheelbarrow with potter flowers and a fine-feathered friend while the little boy is wearing overalls and a straw hat with a hoe and rake carried over his shoulder.  Both sides paint an evocative picture of what we all love about gardening!
