Dating from the late 1920s, this little advertising recipe booklet measures just 6" x 3 3/8" with 12 pages and covers.  A household that purchased a Universal Food Chopper would have received this publication with the newest addition to the kitchen while those considering a purchase may have been given the booklet to entice them further.  Illustrations depicting various attachments are accompanied by descriptions of how best to pulverize, finely chop, coarsely chop, or stuff meats, vegetables, cheese, nuts, and fruits making this a wonderful example of early 20th century kitchewares advertising and marketing.
