Highland Maple Syrup Recipes from Old Vermont Advertising Cookbooklet from Highland Maple Syrup.

Published in the 1930s as a promotional advertising giveaway, this little cookbooklet tells "the truth about Maple Syrup" alongside testimonials from some of America's greatest chefs and an array of yummy-sounding recipes.  "Of all the delicacies that man has appropriated from Mother Nature - for the delight of his sense of taste - pure maple sap syrup is the most highly prized of all table syrups because of its unique and exquisite flavor, which defies all imitation."  We agree 100%!

The cookbook measures approximately 5 3/8" x 7 3/4" with 23 pages of recipes and black-and-white photographs of maple syrup-inspired dishes such as Baked Ham a la Maple, Scalloped Apple Pudding, and Maple Toast Pudding.
