Imagine the life of a cookbooklet that is almost 120 years old! The Fleischmann's Booklet is exactly that. Published in 1907 by The Flesichmann Company, this little gem is "devoted to the interests of good baking and containing some valuable hints pertaining thereto." In addition to the many bread and other baking recipes and tips, there is even a recipe for English Ginger Beer!

Being as old as it is, the Fleischmann's Booklet is both rare and fragile.  There is discoloration and wear with the cover attached loosely.

Measuring approximately 6" x 4 1/2" with 16 pages, this is piece of culinary history well-suited to any baking or cookbook collection.
